Returns & Refunds Policy

At EverJoy Fix, we want you to feel confident and satisfied with your purchase. Please review the following Returns & Refunds Policy carefully before placing an order.


1. General Return Conditions

  • Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition

  • All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and documentation must be included

  • A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

  • Only products purchased directly from everjoyfix.com are eligible for return through EverJoy Fix
    (Purchases made through other platforms or retailers must follow their respective return policies)


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable, unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival:

  • Batteries, chargers, and electrical components

  • Clearance, final sale, or discounted items

  • Used, installed, modified, or altered products

  • Hazardous materials or items restricted by shipping regulations


3. Vehicle & Large Item Returns

(Mobility Scooters, Electric Dirt Bikes, ATVs, Go Karts, Mini Bikes)

Due to the size and nature of these products:

  • Vehicles and large items may be returned only if unused and in original condition

  • Return shipping costs for large items are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is caused by our error

  • A restocking fee may apply to returned vehicles or oversized items

  • Items that have been used, assembled, or operated are not eligible for return


4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos or videos showing the issue

  • Our support team will evaluate the case and offer a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate

Do not return damaged or defective items without prior authorization.


5. Return Shipping & Costs

  • For non-quality related returns, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Items must be securely packaged to prevent damage during return shipping

Unauthorized returns or returns sent to the wrong address may result in delays or rejection.


6. Refund Processing

  • Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Refunds are typically processed within 2–5 business days after inspection

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued


7. Return Authorization & Address

All returns require prior approval.

Please contact our Customer Support Team before sending any items back.
Do not send returns to the address listed on your package, as this is not our return facility and may affect refund processing.

  • EverJoy Fix is not responsible for personal items sent with returned products
