1. General Return Conditions
Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging, with all accessories and documentation included.
Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable unless defective or damaged upon arrival:
• Batteries, chargers, and electrical components
• Clearance or final sale items
• Used, installed, or modified products
• Hazardous materials or items restricted by shipping regulations
3. Vehicle & Large Item Returns (Mobility Scooters, Electric Dirt Bikes, ATVs, Go Karts, Mini Bikes)
Large or vehicle items may be returned only if they are unused and in original condition.
Return shipping costs for large items are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
A restocking fee may apply to returned vehicles or oversized items.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos.
We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund based on the situation.
5. Refund Processing
Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
