Warranty Policy

1. Overview

EverJoy Fix provides a clear and straightforward warranty designed to ensure a fair and hassle-free experience for our customers. This policy applies to products purchased directly from EverJoy Fix or through our authorized resellers.


2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Non-Quality Issues)

Undamaged products may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of delivery, for any reason.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused and undamaged

  • All original accessories must be included

  • Original packaging is required

Please note:

  • For non-quality related returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs

  • Refunds cover the product price only (shipping fees are non-refundable)

  • Returns that do not meet the above requirements may be rejected

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of opening a return request. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.

For purchases not made directly through EverJoy Fix’s online store, please contact the original retailer for return processing.


3. Warranty for Quality-Related Issues

All products sold directly by EverJoy Fix or our authorized resellers are covered by a limited warranty starting from the date of purchase. Warranty periods vary by product and are listed on the product page.

Important limitations:

  • The warranty is valid only in the country of original purchase

  • The warranty is void if the product is taken outside the original country of sale

Quality-related warranty claims for purchases made through authorized platforms (such as Amazon) are handled directly by EverJoy Fix.


4. Warranty Solutions

For confirmed quality-related defects, EverJoy Fix will provide one of the following solutions at our discretion:

  • Replacement with a factory-refurbished product of equal value

  • Replacement with a new product if refurbished units are unavailable

  • Partial refund based on usage time if replacement is not feasible

Replacement Warranty Terms:

  • Replacement items are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period, or 3 months after replacement, whichever is longer

  • Warranty coverage ends once a product has been fully refunded


5. Warranty Claim Process

To initiate a warranty claim, the buyer must provide:

  • Valid proof of purchase

  • Serial number and/or visual evidence clearly showing the defect

  • Cooperation during troubleshooting as requested by EverJoy Fix

In some cases, the defective item must be returned for inspection.
If an incorrect item is returned, or the defective item is not returned when required, the warranty claim may be voided.


6. Valid Proof of Purchase

Accepted proof of purchase includes:

  • Order number from EverJoy Fix or authorized resellers (e.g. Amazon)

  • Sales invoice

  • Dated receipt from an authorized EverJoy Fix reseller showing product details and price

Additional documentation may be required to verify ownership and delivery details.


7. Shipping Responsibility

Buyers are responsible for shipping costs in the following situations:

  • Returns for non-quality related reasons

  • Products taken outside the original country of purchase

  • Accidental or unauthorized returns

  • Returns of personal items

  • Items claimed as defective but found fully functional after inspection

  • International return shipments

  • Returns made outside the approved warranty process


8. Exclusions (Not Covered Under Warranty)

The following are not covered under warranty:

  • Products without valid proof of purchase

  • Lost or stolen items

  • Products outside the warranty period

  • Non-quality issues after 30 days

  • Free or promotional items

  • Repairs performed by third parties

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, water, extreme temperatures, or improper operation

  • Purchases from unauthorized sellers


9. Liability Disclaimer

EverJoy Fix is not responsible for personal items sent with returned products.

For returns using a prepaid shipping label provided by EverJoy Fix, we assume responsibility for damage or loss during transit.
For non-quality related returns, the buyer assumes all risk for loss or damage during transit. EverJoy Fix does not issue refunds for items damaged in transit under non-quality warranty claims.


This warranty policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
